What's the best settings for streaming Roblox games on a Low End PC

I just wanted to ask what's the best settings for me to use for streaming on Twitch, and it's mainly obs that is having issues but the game is sort of ok

Here are my specs:
Windows 10
Processor Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU G3220 @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHz
Installed RAM 2.00 GB (1.69 GB usable)
System type 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor
