Question / Help What's the best settings for me ?

Hello guys.
I've got a problem because I've got low upload and I wanna stream my games to Twitch.
So there's my specs, and my question is: what can I do to stream with a little bit resolution.

CPU: i7 4770K
GPU: GTX 770 4 GB
RAM: 16 GB
MOTHERBOARD: AsRock z87 Ex 3
UP: 0.8 MB/s

So, can u give me the best settings for that specs ?
The game i wanna stream it's ISS something like FPS.

The best would be updating your upload speed to at least 2mbit. With 0.8mb/s you can maximum do:
resolution 480/360/240p
less than 500bitrate
lowest audio setting possible
probably lower the fps to 15 or 20
but you can increase your preset with that cpu, probably to fast or even medium on such a low resolution, do some tests.
