What's the best encoding settings for recording 1080p60?

Hey, I'm looking for the best encoding settings while recording at 1920x1080p 60fps. I listed my specs below if that helps at all.
I currently use 12000 bitrate on x264. It doesn't look good, I tried 25000 and it still looks terrible.

AMD Radeon RX570
16GB DDR4 3200mhz
MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
500GB SSD

I don't know how to post a log, I don't know what an auto-configurator is and I'm not streaming. I'm streaming to Game Capture if that's what you mean.

The auto-configurator is the top option in the OBS tools menu
So you are just recording then

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
