What's causing the VST Audio plugins to crash? OBS Crashes on EXIT

Hi, Is there something on my end that's causing OBS to "crash on exit", yes. my OBS crashes when I press EXIT. But works fine when in normal use while streaming.

The crashing -only- happens when you press EXIT and as a side-effect. My UI/Docks also fail to save.

Additional:
Also when OBS crashes on exit. It also removes all the Custom Browser Docks. (ex. Animated Lower Thirds).

Additional #2:
Oddly, when I try to remove/unload the VST Plugins from the audio filters it also results in a crash.

Additional #3:
Occasionally, One of the other audio VST "Fuzzplus3" seems to crash -on startup- which is not much of an issue. As after 2-3 more tries OBS will be able to start with no issue.
