OBS needs to run on your Intel GPU to perform a display capture on your machine.

The steps there definitely work. Post a log from your attempt after following those steps.

Your log still shows OBS running on the NVIDIA GPU. Follow the steps to run it on the integrated GPU.
 
The log for power saving still shows "20:45:08.677: Loading up D3D11 on adapter NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (0)", so the configuration is not correct. Check you specified the correct obs.exe.
