Question / Help What would MY optimal set up be?

Hi Guys

New to OBS and Livestreaming here

My main aim is to live stream League of Legends and maybe a couple of other games on a casual basis, i have attempted to set it up myself however when i play and stream i have drastically low FPS compared to what i am used to and i am wondering if anyone could perhaps help me out with a relatively optimal set up for OBS.

If anyone is willing to help me,

OS: Win7 Home Premium
Upload speed: 2.7 Mbps
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 860 @ 2.80 GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6850 HD X2


If any more info is needed (as i expect will be just ask!)

1: The most ideal way to set up LoL in OBS is to have 2 scenes; one with a Window Capture of its lobby window and one with a Game Capture of its match window and then using Simple Scene Switcher (found in the plugins section of this forum) to switch automatically between the 2.

2: 1080p at 1000 Kbps is not going to look good, no matter what. Do a speedtest here -- http://www.testmy.net/upload -- making sure to test to a server near the stream server you would stream to. To get a good idea of your actual real world upload. Then post that result.
