I'm streaming nintendo 64 games and have no idea what kind of OBS settings I should use.

Laptop stuff:"Windows 8.1 with Bing,
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N2840 @ 2.16GHz 2.16GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB (3.89 GB usable)
System type 64-bit Operating System, x64-Based processor"
