What would be the best OBS recording settings for low latency Roblox?

I'm facing an issue with OBS recordings where the GPU encoder performs poorly, so I've had to rely on my CPU instead. However, I'm unsure about the best settings to optimize performance for my specific system. I primarily record Roblox and Warzone, but I want to avoid any negative effects like game lag, cursor delay, or other disruptions while recording.

My specifications are as follows:
AMD Ryzen 5 7600 CPU
AMD RX 6800 GPU
32gb 6000mhz DDR5 Ram
