I'm thinking what can I do to make my stream better.

I'm working on video quality, at least I'm trying.

But this theard is not about it.
Here I want to ask you what to do to be good streamer?
I know few things about obs now, so I can play music etc. But still there is some things, like, followers count etc? Or nightbot which i'm using, how to use it full potential?
And simple question. No matter what video quality is on my past broadcasts, how about overall stream quality for the first time?
Is web cam & talking necessary? OR maybe I can improve my stream other way?
Any advices beside this what I have found here on forums(like this: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/new-to-streaming-first-time-read-this.4/ )?
