Honestly that PC isn't suited for streaming at all. You might be able to squeeze some 360p video out of it but it's not going to run or look good. https://obsproject.com/estimator

i made some changes , and i made it work fine with mid quality and great fps.

but i have 1 problem..

in stream the fps is great , but when i play for me it's low fps.

what to do?
