With the following setup, what settings do you recommend I use for the best quality/performance. (I mostly stream Starcraft 2)

What quality are looking for? 480,720, 1080

I am looking for 720p

Default settings should be fine. Downscale to 1280x720 and use a bitrate around 1700 kbps.
