Hello everyone, i just recently updated my setup and i really wanted to start streaming at 1080p, my pc does handle it, i'm having around 30% cpu usage on OBS Studio but when i checked my vod, it looked pixelated. I will post the log of the stream, and also my upload speed here. Suggest me the settings that would balance the quality out please. Much appreciated!

Log shows no recording/streaming attempt, but 1080p 60fps will always be pixelated in fast paced games, unless you can use way more than 10.000kbit/s upload (which you can't with that upload speed).

Wit 7Mbps upload speed I would suggest the recommended max Twitch-Bitrate for non-partners (which is 6.000kbit/s if I remember correctly) and use 720p 60fps.

That sounds good, thank you!
What about the encoder preset? What should i set it as?

Usually as slow as your CPU can handle (which depends on the game as well). You got 8 Cores/16Threads so "fast" should work most of the time. Maybe even "medium" could work. Presets that are slower than "medium" won't show a noticeable benefit in visual quality while totally tanking the CPU load.

I tried medium on 1080p and my cpu usage was like 70% guess i could try running it in 720p then. Thank you so much!
