What should i use for streaming NVEMC vs QSV vs X264?

The reason i ask this is because my 3080 LHR Processor is i5 12600k 10 core was emtremely warm and froze twice last night while playing a game and streaming on same computer.
 
Definitely an NVENC H.264 or H.265 encoder. Resolve overheating issues. Clean your PC, limit the fps in the game, make an undervolt. Quite a few measures.
