Question / Help What should i upgrade to stream better?

Hey guys. I've been wanting to stream lately but it doesn't seem to run well on my pc, i also drop from around 140 fps to 80 fps when i stream. The game i play is overwatch. What parts of my pc should i upgrade if i want to be able to stream overwatch better?

Specs:

INTERNET: 90 mb/s down, 90 mb/s up.
Intel Core i5-4460, Socket-LGA1150.
Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB 2.5" OEM.
WD Desktop Blue 1TB.
ASUS B85M-GAMER, Socket-1150.
HyperX Fury DDR3 1600MHz 8GB Black.
MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 4GB.
Corsair VS 650, 650W PSU.

There's no need for settings screenshots. They're all included in your logfile. One reason it asks for one whenever you open a thread in Q&H. It also lets us see what's happening on the back end as far as diagnostics.

Your CPU. You're trying to run 616p@60fps on 2000kbps. Drop to 30fps, unless you're Partnered you don't have the bitrate to handle 60fps, and most i5s run out of gas on encoding after 720@30. You can also increase your downscale to 480p, but really, 60fps is mostly a total waste of bitrate and CPU power for non-partners unless you're playing a retrogame that uses sprite blitting for fake transparency.
