to be honest with you, the auto config would give you a good base line to go from, but with them specs you gonna have to find good settings if you tend to game on same system. Yes it can be done, which you have find what works for you. It is hard to give the best setting when each system is different what it can do even if every spec is the same. If you start having issues within OBS, then post a log so they can help isolate.
