Question / Help What should I expect from this PC while streaming?

Hello!
I have a quite decent PC and I am wondering what should I expect while streaming. FPS and Settings wise.

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 GHz Edition 3GB
CPU: Intel i5 4690 3.5GHz
RAM: 8GB 1600MHz

What can my PC handle while streaming? What would be the best settings for it?
I do not plan to stream games that more are stressful than DayZ, PUBG or CS:GO.

If you need more information about my PC or something else I can post right away.
