Sorry for reposing what other may have said and ask before. I am not really sure how to make my stream a little bit more smoother. I figure it has to do with my settings in OBS but here my Specs:

Downspeed:68.70
GPU:Nvida 760 GTX 2 gb
CPU: i5 2500k 3.30 GHz (3.70 GHz Max Turbo)
Ram: 8gb of ram
Window 7 64bit
