Question / Help What settings?

Hi!, So I built myself a pretty good new PC today and I would love to know any settings I should change from what I used too use to squeeze that extra quality when I'm streaming! (I stream League mostly but do bf4 etc too)

Specs:

i7 4770k OC @ 4.7ghz
Asus z87-sabertooth
Asus GTX 780
1tb hdd
250gb ssd
h100i watercooler
Corsair cx600m

UPLOAD: 18mbps but a steady 14mbps

Hi, I have already used that but I was wondering if there are any advanced settings or anything to squeeze extra quality, as I'm geussing with these specs I can do so?
