what settings to use to stream cod mw max grapics 1080 @60fps smooth

i cant stream cod MW at max graphics with ray tracing at 1080 60 fps all using my GPU this is my setup

(i have 2 monitors) what should the settings be for stream out put to twitch for x264 encoder
