Question / Help What settings to use for games

Hi,

What settings (OBS Studio) do you guys use for recording games like Overwatch?
I personally don't know what would work best, but my graphics card is AMD Radeon R9 M275x.
Also, whenever I record games, the recording freezes and doesn't unfreeze for the rest of the recording, but I can still play..
