Question / Help What settings to set? want to stream WoT on twitch

Hey there, what setting should i set for streaming?

PC specs:
Motherboard: ASUS M4A88T-V EVO
Graphic card: Nvidia GTS 450 1gb 128bit GDDR5
CPU: AMD Phenom II x2 555 on 3.2ghz

Internet:

I really would like to stream World of Tanks game into Twitch, please send me what all to set to settings. Thanks

Also, run a 6MB test on http://www.testmy.net/upload as speedtest is next to worthless for livestreamers.

My resolution is 1680x1050, tried everything but nothing helps. Still that error and high lag in game -.- help please.

And if someone can do teamviewer to solve this once and at all time pls.

You are on a dual core CPU, and really low upload speed. There's not really going to be a whole lot you can do, I'm afraid you really won't be able to stream with that hardware/internet speed.
