If I decided to stream High Action games like Smite and Overwatch and other similar games to Twitch with the follow computer specs:
GeForce GTX 960
Intel 7th Gen Intel Core Desktop Processor i7-7700K
15.92 GB RAM
1920 x 1080, 144Hz

How should I set up my OBS settings to get the best quality?
