Question / Help What settings should I use?

Hello, I just installed OBS and I want to stream Counter Strike: Global Offensive with as high quality as possible without causing lags or stutters,
My rig:
Windows 8 Pro-64 bit
Intel Core i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60 GHz
32 GB RAM
Graphics card: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 680
