Question / Help What settings should I use on my computer?

I am wondering what settings would be optimal for my computer.
I got following specs:

Netspeed:


Ram: 8GB 1333MHZ
Graphic card: ASUS Radeon R9270X
Processor: Intel i7-860 2.80 GHz

The games I play and will stream are:
FIFA14/15
Guild Wars 2
Hearthstone
League of Legends
Counterstrike Global Offensive
