Question / Help What settings should I use for My OBS on my Laptop for 20-30 FPS?

I am a streamer and I want to be able to stream with no lag, my specs are:

Graficks: NVidia Quadro NVS 110M

Processor: Intel(R) CPU T2500 @ 2.00 GHz

RAM: 2.00 GB

Rating: 2.5 (Lol it sucks)

System: 32 Bit

Monitor: Toshibe Internal 1024x768

I usually go from 1-15 FPS every stream and it annoys people, any help?
