Hello,

Here is my Speedtest result :

What bitrate, buffor and other settings should I take? I got now bitrate 400 and buffor 500, quality 7 . If i stream action scenes there are many pixels at my video :/

I got a Intel Core i3 350M @2,26 Ghz Processor, a HD 5470 Graphics Card and 6GB of RAM. Can someone of you tell me what settings are the best for me to get the best video quality? I would be really happy :) Because I love streams *-*

I know that 0,5mb Upload isnt much, but i saw some streams with that upload and they weren't that bad at all :D

Waiting for some answers... :)
Best Regards,
Snibbelz

That is a terrible upload speed for streaming. You might be able to get away with it if you're streaming a very low-motion game, but a FPS like Arma 2 will look awful.

I'm sorry, but there's no way to get a good-looking stream with that upload. Lower your FPS, lower your resolution, and use a slower preset (not recommended), but even then it will still look pretty bad.

You can stream whatever game you want, but if the picture changes a lot, the stream will look really really bad. Games that are mostly static screens will look the least bad.

Your Upload isn't even that big problem.
The bigger problem is your CPU. Absolutely not for streaming... You will always have a bad quality stream, because you may use a faster x264 CPU-Preset than veryfast. Superfast or even ultrafast is the way to go.
With my E8500 @2x3.8GHz CPU I have to go superfast. On some games it have to be ultrafast. Also I'm going with a 2.25 downscale from 1680x1050 to 746x466 with 25FPS. You should use 2.25/3.00 and 25 FPS. Your max bitrate should be 400. Buffersize 450 or use CBR.
I'll show you a teststream. Played Battlefield 3 with max. 32 players on a small map (Deathmatch). With superfast setting, 1000 max bitrate CBR on.
http://www.twitch.tv/lunerio/b/380144280 - btw I sucked... Just to show you the "quality". :D
Ah and my upload is quitely high (7000). I have to use a low bitrate, well... because of that CPU. 4 cores are really important :(

I'll wish you good luck! :>
