I want to record videos with OBS but im having freezes in the video so what should settings should I use?

Specs:
i5 4460
R9 380
8GB RAM

Update to OBS Studio. Use the recording quality presets in Simple output mode. Set your encoder to QSV. Enable vsync or some other type of frame rate limiter in your game.
