Question / Help What settings should I have on my stream with these specs?

I have a...
Nvidia GTX Geforce 1060 6gb graphics card
Intel i5-6600 Processor
Gigabyte H110M-A LGA 1151 Motherboard
Corsair CX750M Power supply
max connection bitrate of about 1.5 mbps

I want to optimize my streaming so that it looks good with what I have, but I don't know what to set it to.
Pls help.
