Question / Help What settings should i choose?

Hi !

When i'm starting to streaming my cpu usage goes to 90%-100%

Here are my pc specs:

Intel Core i3-4130 3.40GHz
8,00 GB Ram
GTX 650 1GB

From what I know you need a good 4th Gen i5 if you want to stream. An i3 is too low and not recommended for streaming. I have an i5 4th Gen in my 2014 Mac Mini and it works perfectly fine. With a webcam and an overlay I hit 75% CPU.
