Question / Help What Settings Should I be Using???

I am trying to record full screen.

Here are my computer specs:

Windows 10
Processor: Intel (R) Core(TM) i5-6200U CPU @2.30GHz 2.40GHz
Installed RAM: 4 GB
System Type: 64-Bit operating system, x64-based processor

I would like to know what I should put for:
-Bitrate,
-Key-frame Interval
-CPU Usage Preset (Placebo->Ultrafast),
-Encoder
-CBR
-Common FPS Rate

720p@30fps, 2000kbps, keyint 2, x264 Veryfast preset, CBR on (and CBR padding enabled), no custom buffer.
