So I'm streaming league of legends most of the time - and I was curious if anyone can see if there is a spot where i can increase my quality. Its not that my quality is bad, I just want to see if i'm doing anything wrong, or if theres something i can do to make my stream better!

PC Specs:
Motherboard: P8Z77-V PRO
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-3770K
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 TI
Ram: 16GB DDR3-1600

My internet speed is - 100 Mbs down / 5.5 Mbs Up (time warner didn't offer any higher upload speed :()

Encoding:
Max Bit/buffer: 3500
Video:
1080p/45FPS/Billinear (fastest)

Advanced:
Multithread (checked) - process normal - scene buffer 700 - allow other mods
Video:
cpu preset = veryfast
encoding prof: main
Keyframe: 2
And everything else is unchecked.

So from encoding -> video -> advanced settings, What would you reccomend?
Also: Do you think i should overclock? I never thought about doing it personally.

Yes, at this point you're looking at messing with encoding preset or x264 settings for further quality, but the FPS/Resolution/Bitrate combo you have is pretty much already going to give you stellar results for LoL

If you're streaming in 1080p, I don't recommend going over 30fps. The higher your frame rate + resolution combo, the harder it will be on your viewers. Furthermore, higher resolution + framerate combos will make your stream look worse due to the fact that your bit rate has more data to cover.

I recommend downscaling by 1.25 and use the Lanczos filter.

Alright, I'll run it at 30 - I always thought the more FPS on OBS the better for viewers. I'll let you guys know on the increase. When i go to "fast" or lower

High FPS is a matter of taste, but 60fps on 1080p is just too difficult for people's computers to reliably handle, which defeats the purpose.
