Question / Help What settings shoud I use ?

I want to record gameplay for youtube .Can someone suggest some settings ?

My PC specs are :

GPU: AMD Radeon r9 270x Directcu II Top 2gb
CPU:AMD FX 8300 octa-core 3.3 ghz
Memory:8 GB DDR3 1600 MHz CL9

I don't think you need this but :

Download speed: 86.43 Mbps (speedtest.net)
Upload speed: 34.93 Mbps (speedtest.net)
