What Settings For OBS Will Not Lag For My PC Specs

PLZ OBS IS LAGGING SO MUCH
MY SPECS ARE
CPU: AMD Radeon A10 7800 APU 3.50GHZ
GPU: AMD RADEON R7 430 2GB GDDR5
Memory: 16GB DDR3 (15.93GB Usable)
Resolution: 1920x1080 60hz

Go to Tools menu and run the Auto-configuration Wizar. Apply the recommended settings and restart OBS.

but what if its low quality ? cuz i do yt videos at 1080p
