Question / Help What settings could I use for streaming?

Graphic card: GeForce GTX 660 4G memory 1920x1080 (32bit) (60Hz)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600k CPU @ 3.40 GHz (8 CPUs) > 3.7Ghz 6.1G RAM

I'll be streaming the game League of Legends and was wondering what quality settings I could use etc, I know nothing about this program, thank you!
