Question / Help What settings are good for me to stream?

Hello there I am trying to stream on twitch but I can't seem to find good configurations. This is my setup:

-Specs:
Processor: AMD A6-5400K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics [Dual Core]
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 650
Ram: 8 Gigs
Operating System :Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit

-Internet:
Download speed: 35m
Upload Speed: 25m

What setting do you think will work best for my stream? I don't like streaming with bad quality D:
