Question / Help What settings are best for me to stream at the best quality I can?

I've played around with the settings a bit and I cant find a good balance I'm currently using 2000 max bitrate with 1920x1080 with a 120x720 downscale I get random WARNING: taking too long to encode
CPU: I5-4670k
GPU: GTX760
8GB of ram


I'm fairly new to streaming so any tips/help is appreciated :)! I also uploaded my DxDiag for further information.
