Question / Help What setting should I change to prevent stuttering?

Hello, I just want to know what setting I could change to prevent stuttering on my stream. Every 3 seconds it freezes for half a second. See my OBS log for more information about my current settings.

Im not dropping frames either, it doesnt give me any errors

Try going for a lower bitrate, I'd say try 2000-2500.

Where is the stutter? Just the stream output only? Or in the preview as well?

In both, the stream output aswell as whenever im previewing the stream. Although, the preview seems to be stuttering less than the stream output when im streaming.

and when I put the bitrate down it seems to be stuttering more :/

You did have a bit of stutter in the log due to encoder lag. You have a ton of course an a few devices, so it's somewhat understandable. I would recommend seeing if you can reduce the number of sources (if you can), or perhaps try more downscale. If you don't want more downscale, you could try using "superfast" x264 CPU preset in advanced as well.

Thanks, one more thing: when im streaming on veryfast I have a cpu usage of around 95%, is that normal?

Well that's why I was suggesting those options, to reduce your CPU usage and prevent encoder lag. For your system, it's probably somewhat expected, so you'll just have to turn down settings in OBS until you stop having problems.
