What setting gives the best quality?

Hello! I want to record Rainbow Six Siege and want to edit it after. I want to record in 1080p at 60fps. My specs:
Ryzen 7 3800x
RTX 2060
32GB 3200mhz
I want to record with CQP because I've heard its the best option Please tell me if there's a better option with mt specs, I don't care a bout the space it takes. And if CQP really is the better option, what is the CQ level. Also, what preset and profile should I put?
