what quality should I use for fps games like csgo and black ops 2? right now I'm using 7 dnt enabled.

7 is fine on FPSes. Personally I recommend using CBR instead of VBR, in which case Quality Balance isn't a factor.
As a side note, I've noticed you like to make a lot of threads... Asking questions is great! But some of these threads seem like they are starting to repeat themselves. I would think that by now, surely you have been able to learn enough so that you can experiment around enough to find your best settings. For these little questions, you would probably be better served coming to the IRC chat room to ask.
There's no one answer to questions about quality...in the end, it's all subjective. You will need to learn to spend time playing with your own settings and finding something that looks good to you, rather than coming to the forums for every different case you come across.

I'm not saying you shouldn't ask questions...I'm sorry if I come across that way. I just mean that given the amount of time you've spent working on your stream and the questions you've asked and the feedback you've received, I have faith in you that for small issues, you can work them out yourself rather than defaulting to asking the forums about small things like this. And if you still aren't feeling confident, the IRC channel is a great place to ask little one-off questions like these.
