What OBS Settings would be best for my specific PC setups?

Hey everyone!
I want to start out by saying I am fairly new to streaming. I've been doing it for a couple months now and my quality is okay, but I feel like it could be better. I like streaming at 900p 60 fps.

MOTHERBOARD - ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F

GPU(GRAPHICS) - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER - ZOTAC MINI 8G

CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core 3.6GHz

RAM - Team T-FORCE Delta RGB 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3000MHz

Internet speed: Download - 745.6 Mbps Upload - 34.8

Here is a clip of myself https://clips.twitch.tv/CoyRelievedPuddingResidentSleeper
Here is a clip of a very popular streamer who uses the same resolution. https://www.twitch.tv/timthetatman/clip/ExpensiveCheerfulJuiceRickroll

(I understand this might be a bad comparison, but he's the only streamer i know who uses 900p)

Thanks in advance!!

you have an RTX 2060 so you should probably use NVENC encoding in the "Output" tab (it's better than CPU encoding in many cases, and has no performance impact). Otherwise, you can also try the "Auto-configuration wizard" in OBS (under the "help" button in the main window (i think, it may be a different button)).
