Question / Help What kind of quality could I broadcast?

Download: 4.8Mbps
Upload: 0.8 Mbps

In OBS, I have my base resolution set to 1920 x 1080 (because that's the resolution of my monitor) but I have it downscaled to 960 x 540.

I though streaming at that quality would be low enough, but apparently not as I have, on average, 100+ ping in games.

Can anyone let me know what settings I should be using? Not just in terms of resolution, but bitrate for audio, etc.

I would appreciate it greatly.

Also, if you're having problems with high ping, try the latest test version and enable the new Low Latency mode.

Thanks for linking that for me, I'll use the estimator in conjunction with the newest test version and that'll probably help a lot.
