Question / Help What is wrong? Weird.

Hey,

So I recently started streaming and people are telling me that the stream is freezing. I can't seem to figure out whats wrong?

Here's my gear:

I5-3450 3,1ghz
GTX 750 Ti 2GB
8GB RAM

Internet speed(I've tried almost all tests there is and this is the result):

60 up
80 down

It should be running smoothly right?
