Question / Help What is the best streaming sett for me on OBS?

Hello, can you help me with settings on OBS studio?

CPU: INTEL Core i5 4460 @ 3.2 GHz
GPU: MSI Nvidia GTX 970 4GB
MB: MSI B85-G43
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 16GB
OS: Windows 10 PRO 64bit

If im streaming i have only 80-120 fps on CSGO....and its not possible for play....

Update to OBS Studio. Stream at 720p, 30 fps, 2000-2500 Kbps. Check the "Limit capture frame rate" option in your game capture source and either enable vsync in CS:GO or set fps_max to a reasonable value. If you can't manage to play with 120 FPS then maybe consider building a dedicated encoding box or giving up on streaming.

I have all what you write here...on twitch i saw some guys who have some processor and they have normally 150-200 fps and me 80-120....idk what next can i do

Btw other people can play with 120 fps but i have occasional seconds lags...
