Question / Help What is the best settings for me?

Hello there, i have a problem with OBS and that is the video tends to lag while recording, can someone reply with the best settings for my computer please? Thanks in advance.

Pc Specs:
Intel core i5 processor (dual-core)
Turbo boost technology 2.0 (2.8GHz/3.4GHz)
8GB DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce 840m (2GB)
Killer E2200 GB LAN

People have reported problems when streaming using a Killer NIC, just fair warning.

Thanks, but my game is lagging, when i used to record with OBS i used to get over 60fps easily, but now i get under 60fps very hardly.
