Question / Help What is the best setting for me to stream?

My specs are :

RAM: 8GB

CPU: i5-4460 3.2ghz

GPU: GTX 780 6 GB palit jetstream

screen: Asus VE228HR 1920 x 1080

Download speed: 32 mbs

upload speed: 1.98 mbs

tested using speedtest.net to London servers

I havent used or opened OBS for a long time, I was struggling to understand what setting is suitable for my computer/connection (Im a noob).

I want to run it in 720p or something that's watchable for my upload/download speed and computer.
