I bought a Razer Ripsaw HD and can't seem to get a smooth console like experience. I have no intention of streaming at all. I have a RTX 2080 and i7 9750 cpu with 16gb of ram.
I would prefer lowest latency + smoothest experience possible and would greatly appreciate anyones help as I lack a TV and must use my laptop to play my console games.
Also is there a true exclusive fullscreen mode? I figure I could get even lower latency with that if possible.
