CPU Type QuadCore Intel Core i5-3570K, 3600 MHz (36 x 100)

DIMM1: Corsair CML16GX3M2A1600C10 8 GB DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM (9-9-9-24 @ 666 MHz) (7-7-7-20 @ 533 MHz) (6-6-6-17 @ 457 MHz)

Video Adapter NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 (768 MB)

Obs settings 720p/30fps/ 2750bit/sound aac 96bit /CBR active.

Nothing in advanced options is changed from default.

Upload on "testmy.net" for me varies between 20-70 Mbs...

And i have researched everything possible for changing for the better.

My problem is my stream has this "loading" circle every every 20-40 seconds when i have the current settings, and the stream doesnt look as smooth as it does for someone else running same OBS settings/similar PC setup. (im streaming on twitch.

THIS realy bothers me,that loading circle. at first i thought it was only me watching the stream, but other viewers had same problem.

what im wondering, how much has hard drive to do with streaming? ( i do not have SSD)

What should i fix/upgrade from current pc Specs?

My first thought is GPU,but this gpu shouldnt have problem with those Obs settings afaik?

I have tried geting my stream fixed soon for 1 year, and always something is wrong, upgraded internet/PC.

Any help is apriciated.

Forgot to mention, the game im playing and streaming is Dota 2 if that makes any difference.

the buffering problem for non partnered streamers is easy to fix ... dont use anything over 2000 bitrate and pray to god

the smoothnes factor especially what i've experienced with 60 fps streaming if you run obs on normal priority it tends to not looks as smooth as for example high. (advanced settings)

if you play into hardware upgrades your gpu is really the biggest problem here but 720p30 shouldnt be a problem with your hardware

Thanks for your answer!
Are you sure about that first statement?
And how much of an upgrade would new GPU do for me? Im pretty noob @ PC specs/optimizing so this all streaming thing has given me nightmares not beeing able to get it running.

Is there anyone else who would like to add his opinion about some of my questions :/?

Much apriciated
