What is causing me to have skipped frames due to encoding lag help please.

Hi so i am a new streamer i built a pc specifically for gaming and streaming off. I am running a ryzen 7 5800x cpu and a gigabyte geforce rtx 3070, master gpu, 16gb ram and my net connection is between 150mbps and 200mbps, But my stream likes to go really really laggy and over the past couple days its been worse I stream 7 days to die and it's absolutely fine but as soon as I stream warzone lately it kills my stream any help would be appreciated!

Post a logfile from a streaming session at least 30s in length, where the issue occurred. We really do need it to be able to troubleshoot, why it requests one when you open a new thread in the Support section.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Run OBS as admin, and turn off Psychovisual Tuning in the encoder settings.

Also, warzone is notorious for being a complete PITA for capture. You may want to test out the current RC of OBS 27 and see if it fixes performance issues.
