Question / Help What is best settings for this PC

Upload Speed = 5.76 mb/s

CPU = AMD Athlon x4 840
GPU = Radeon HD 7750
RAM = 8GB

I need a best obs settings for this pc. (Like veryfast , bitrate etc.)

Depends on what you are streaming.
For games like LoL / Hearthstone you might be able to stream 720p30fps , but games like CS:GO or Overwatch won't work.

I will play World Of Tanks on Twitch.

I never really played World of Tanks but as far as I know its quite taxing on the CPU.

With your Hardware I would suggest streaming 480p30 on Superfast Preset with 2500Bitrate/Buffer. And see how it goes.
