Question / Help What is an optimum desk top requirement for streaming OBS live for an internet radio show including zoom from a separate pc or laptop.

I do an online radio show and lately I have been wanting to make my guests and I visible to my audience on Facebook by streaming live. I use OBS on a HP with an i4 processor. My stream either lags or is extremely delayed. What would you recommend on a modest budget for optimum streaming if I use the desk top solely for OBS Facebook and checking Gmail?
 
I've got similar questions... Searching this forum looking for advice and it looks like most of these question go unanswered.
